Do you have more information on each item?

Can I use your chandeliers in the USA and Canada?

Yes, all our chandeliers can be used in Canada and the USA by either using E14 globes (available in our store), or adding a small screw-in converter (also available in our store) to the bulb section of the chandelier. Once attached, this cannot be seen and allows for the use of E12 globes.

Can I use your photos for descriptions?

No sorry, we own the copyright to the photos and descriptions, so they are not available for use without express permission from Ivory & Deene Pty Ltd.

 

POSTAGE

How long will it take to get my item?

We post Monday through Friday and if your payment is received before midday, your item will be posted on the same day.

Where do you ship from?

All items are posted from Northern Tasmania, Australia.

Do you offer international postage?

Yes, please add to cart and input your details to see the shipping cost.

What countries do you post to?

We ship worldwide.

How much does it cost to post to my country?

How much is postage and handling within Australia?

Postage and handling does vary. Most fixed price listings are AU$4.95 to anywhere in Australia, but please see the Postage and Payments tab in the item description for more details on each listing.

How much is international shipping and handling?

Please see each individual listing to see the exact shipping cost, which covers postage, packing and handling fees. Please see the Postage and Payments tab in the item description for more details.

Do you combine postage?

We do not combine postage for auction items. Most of our fixed price listings are $4.95 shipping but for more details please see the Postage and Payments tab in the item description.

 

PAYMENT

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept bank deposit, credit card through Paypal, or Paypal.

For international customers we accept Paypal only.

How soon after payment will my item be sent?

If you purchase an item before midday it will be posted the same day. If purchased after midday it will be posted the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or Public Holidays.

 

RETURNS

What is the return policy?

If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please tell us and we will happily refund your purchase price of the item returned to us in original condition.
