Can I use your chandeliers in the USA and Canada?
Yes, all our chandeliers can be used in Canada and the USA by either using E14 globes (available in our store), or adding a small screw-in converter (also available in our store) to the bulb section of the chandelier. Once attached, this cannot be seen and allows for the use of E12 globes.
Can I use your photos?
We own the copyright to all our photos (unless otherwise noted) and descriptions, so they are not available for use without express permission from Ivory & Deene Pty Ltd.
POSTAGE
How long will it take to get my item?
We post Monday through Friday and if your payment is received before midday, your item will be posted on the same day.
Where do you ship from?
All items are posted from Northern Tasmania, Australia.
Do you offer international postage?

We ship worldwide.
How much does it cost to post to my country?

How much is postage and handling within Australia?
Postage and handling does vary. Please add to cart and input your postcode to calculate the shipping.

Will I have to sign for my package?
Yes, all our packaging require a signature at delivery, this is to protect both us a seller and you as a buyer. If you are not available to sign for the item, it will be available for collection at your local post office.
PAYMENT
How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept bank deposit, Apple Pay, Credit Card through Paypal, Paypal or Shopify Payments.
How soon after payment will my item be sent?
If you purchase an item before midday it will be posted the same day. If purchased after midday it will be posted the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or Public Holidays.
RETURNS
What is the return policy?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please tell us and we will happily credit your purchase price of the item returned to us in original condition. Sale items are not eligible.
