Yes, we do ship worldwide! Local import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and are not covered in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Please Note: All orders placed to Oman, Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia need to include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service. 

All orders require a signature on delivery, so if there is no-one available to sign for the package it will need to be collected from your local post office.

StarTrack Overnight Express: Please note that whilst we offer next-business-day delivery with StarTrack Premium, some delays may occur after collection and are not the responsibility of Ivory & Deene. This service is only accessible for orders up to 5kg, so may not be offered on every order. Typical delivery timeframes are 1-2 business days. 

StarTrack Road Delivery: Please note that whilst we offer next-business-day delivery with StarTrack Premium, StarTrack Road Delivery is a different service and is not subject to an express delivery. Typical delivery timeframes are 4-8 business days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY AUSTRALIAN ORDER?

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post's eParcel service or Toll Express. This means you will receive real time updates of your order status direct to your nominated email at the time of checkout. Updates will occur once your parcel is in transit. Any problems please email us at support@ivoryanddeene.com otherwise please head to your selected couriers service page.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

  1. You will receive your tracking number by email the same day your order has been dispatched. 
  2. Go to https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search and enter your tracking number and press the track button. You will then see the progress of your parcel.
